Partial pass. ADU are okay to backfill progress areas. Shading required. Plumbing at owners suite will be corrected due to drainage lines running parallel in footing. Note, 3" drainage line running near bedroom 3 will be moved over due to it being within the 45* from bottom of footing. Provide and secure 14 gauge green continuous tracer wire to drainage lines outside of slab. All other areas are okay to backfill. 10/15/2025 |
