Provide address tag on new unit. Outdoor lighting has to be fully shield and cannot project to the street. Out door receptacles have to be weather protected and WR. Grout exterior penetrations. Provide arc fault breaker at main panel. Fixed window has to be tempered glass. Bathroom receptacle for bidet not secured or functional. Kitchen receptacle not gfci protected left of sink. Remove or move over receptacle directly behind sink. Provide two circuits for kitchen receptacles. Storage rooms are incomplete. Revise plans or build to approved plans for door entry to both storages. 1/7/2026 |
