9/13/24: Schedule 40 2 1/2" PVC at pedestal and sub panel must be replaced with schedule 80 PVC, Address tag at pedestal must be replaced, copper piping penetrating Lath must be protected from future contact with stucco, gas piping must be bonded, seal all penetrations going through top plate, seal all penetrations through vapor barrier, nail plates required throughout. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
