8/5/24: king stud missing at sliding door opening, anchor bolt must be properly secured at sill plate at sliding door opening, king stud missing at master bedroom window opening , interior non-bearing walls must have shot pins 24" O.C and 12 from sill plate edge, anchor bolt spacing must be 48" O.C (over spanned throughout, properly secure anchor bolts throughout, properly support H2.5 clips throughout, exterior sheathing not fastened per schedule throughout, truss clacs must be left on site for inspection. |
