Only one inspection may be attached for all trades for final rough-in. | Re-inspection required | 6/10/25: all work has been completed and covered prior to inspections, we will need to verify proper wire size at new fixtures, ensure all top plates are sealed, ensure romex is properly supported throughout,GFCI receptacles required at bathrooms,exterior,kitchen,laundry, within 6' of water source (These receptacles or their cover plates shall be marked “No Equipment Ground.”), receptacles that have been replaced with three-prong receptacle that have no ground shall be labeled, water hammer arrestors required at dishwasher and laundry room, high loop at dishwasher required, anti-tip required at range, dryer exhaust damper must be properly fastened, exposed romex cable under kitchen sink must be property protected, pressure relief valve at water heater must be CPVC or Copper (pvc is not allowed), ensure proper combustion air for gas water heater, insulate hot water lines at water heater, panel must be properly labeled, ensure all wires are properly terminated and grounds separated at sub panel. NO HVAC system installed at time of inspection will require permit, revise plans to depict new plumbing in wall at bathroom. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. | |
