Boca plates required at both tall and bottom plates at plumbing lines and dryer vent. Secure pex lines horizontally every 32". Add smoke detector in hall area outside of first bedroom. Add grommets to exhaust fan in laundry room and to boxes with a greater opening. Block register on three sides. Secure abs lines along with condensation lines midway. 7/23/2025 |
