A complete plan set required for sleeping quarters Including foundation/electrical/plumbing/mechanical/framing), DDO required for current location of sleeping quarters (within the allowed 3' setback), south and west exterior wall must be fire rated, 4x4 post currently supporting decking are spaced greater than the allowable sheathing requirements ( causing flooring to sink at multiple areas), plumbing/electrical that was coverd prior to inspections will be required to be exposed for inspections, plumbing underground will be required to be exposed to ensure proper pipe size and burial depth, electrical underground will be required to be exposed to ensure proper pipe size and burial depth, main water line must be exposed to ensure proper pipe size and burial depth, current location of sub-panel at sleeping quarters is not code compliance (requires 36" of clearance in front of panel), Exterior receptacle requires approved/listed cover, water closet shall be 15" off of wall. Entry window must be tempered glass, AFCI breakers required at subpanel, verify #6awg wire at water heater with 60Amp breaker. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
