Tighten loose anchor bolts throughout. Add anchor bolt at marked area. Add anchor bolts that are out of the center third of bottom plate. Provide proper washers at ledger per detail. Rafters cannot sit on top of window header. Unless approved per engineer. Provide a continuous top plate and have a minimum of 24" overlap between the two plates on each end. Provide correct number of jacks studs per the plan. 5/27/2025 |
