8/18/25: Receptacle spacing not per plan throughout (at bedrooms, living rooms, hallways) (E3901.2.1)(E3901.10)(E3901.4), GFCI required at both small appliance receptacles at kitchen, GFCI required at garbage disposal/ dishwasher receptacle, open Ground at multiple receptacles, open neutral at south west bedroom, cover plates required at 90 degree EMT fittings, all metallic boxes must be grounded (please remove receptacle to verify grounding), smoke detector in south west bedroom not interconnected with all others, EMT supports required throughout at 3' from outlet box, NM cable shall be protected from physical damage at laundry room, electrical not per approved plans (receptacles missing, lighting missing), exhaust fan in bathrooms must terminate outside of the home, ladder required for roof access to verify A/C amp size, properly secure liquid tight at main panel to junction box, properly secure junction box on top of main panel, open light fixture at laundry room, exposed canceling at laundry room, GFCI required at laundry room receptacles. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
