1-3-25, customer advised that the city does not currently inspect stucco system. I did note that the installed weep screed appears to meet code requirements. At a quick glance, I noted that plans call for 1/2 anchor bolts at 32 o.c. and what is currently installed does not match approved plans. All penetrations at top plates require foam and sewer separation from potable water lines require a 12 inch clearance from one another (items mentioned do not reflect what I was here to inspect-these are visual observations).Revisions were previously submitted to the city but customer did not have a copy on site. |

10/16/24: pre-construction meeting. New contractor is taking over and wanted to see what the next steps would be. Framing, electrical, and plumbing issues were found at time of pre-con meeting. Please revise plans for changes made. Work done prior to inspections being cleared. |
