Counter to right of stove needs receptacle. Separate ground from neutral at sub panel. Smoke detectors and CO detectors not installed. Combustion air can not be from inside habitable space. Provide ladder for roof inspection. Bedroom doors can not have locks if sub panel is in bedroom. Ground rods are less than six feet apart. Expose b vent for water heater 9/14/23: revise plans/permit to show inspections for unit 1 on the correct permit and inspections for unit 2 on the correct permit. |
