8/9/24: seal all penetrations through top plate and vapor barrier, Nail plates required throughout, 18" of copper required before transitioning to pex at water heater, DWV not under test, smoke detector missing outside bedrooms, blocking required at 4-gang box, wire size not per plan throughout, receptacles at bedroom missing at 5' A.F.F, Chimney vent must have a 2" clearance from combustibles, flex must be R-8 if outside of building thermal envelope, kitchen island not installed at time of inspection, STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED.
