4/4/24: Address missing at house, Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibs, electrical fixtures on exterior need to be made up, sprinkler system not hooked up, Water meter not installed at time of inspection, hose bibs need to be properly insulated and wrapped for up protection, clean outs need to be capped and cut to grade, Dining room breaker must be ARC-FAULT, Kitchen breakers must be ARC-FAULT, piping on exterior of house needs to be coated for UV protection, GFCI at laundry not functioning properly. water hammer arrestor missing throughout, bathroom Receptacles need to be GFCI, Receptacle under kitchen sink must be GFCI, HVAC drain line must be UV coated, Main door not installed at time of final inspection. No ladder for attic access. |
