Romex wire appears to be unattached to the framing within 12" of the electric boxes. Open all walls 18" above all wall outlets and switches for field inspection. They new PEX and ABS appear to be compliant, however it also was installed without permit and inspection. The new roof package unit and interior air handler appear compliant and fused per manufacture's specs. |
