9-18-25: add nails to roof sheathing on 2 panels located southwest area of roof, install Simpson BC6 clips at beam to posts connections-see plans for details, missing 2x6 ledger, posts to beams were not built per plans-The plans show the beams to lying directly on the posts and without any notching of the posts. |
