3-6-26: add nails to exterior sheathing at marked locations but have framers re-walk it nd add nails according to plans, add shot pins at 24" o.c.-minimum of 2 per plate and must be installed within 6" from the end of both ends of plate, add anchor bolts to marked locations-a/b's must be installed in middle third of plate and at 32" o.c., add A35's to cross bracing-see plans for information. |
