The ROW sidewalk can be used as the landing on the low side, if that allows a running slope of 5% or less, then handrail is not required. Landings at both doors and forms between doors are good
North side of building will need provisions to allow water to flow away from the foundation, the current sidewalk layout will create a ponding issue adjacent to the building. Possible solution would be sidewalk scuppers.
07/23/2026 ENGR Engineering Final Partial Pass Under-sidewalk drain pipes are an acceptable solution for positive drainage in the north side of the building.
Private sidewalk form slopes are still measuring over 5% and would require handrail if poured at this slope.
08/05/2026 ENGR Engineering Final Passed Site is complete in accordance with approved plans.
