6-4-26: add R3 insulation where per lines are within 12" of can lights, osb panel located at west end kitchen shear wall contains a 5"x19" section of missing sheathing-replace or provide an engineer fix. The same goes for the cut section of garage shear wall (covered by a Boca plate), seal kitchen shear wall on east end around receptacle openings, add clamp to condensation line, add strap to kitchen exhaust within 2' of bend, possible leak at laundry dwv-decking is wet, seal penetration at marked location-upstairs decking, seal penetration at kitchen soffit, home not wired per electrical schedule. Provide an updated layout or wire per plans. Stopped inspection -additional items may be noted. |
