Add anchor bolts per shear wall schedule. Add nails at ledger near entry way. Double studs need to be underneath girder trusses at powder room. Blocking needs corrections at bearing trusses. Add studs underneath girder truss 1st floor for continuous load transfer. Truss FG5 calls for 3 bearing points. Add h25 and supports. Floor trusses that call for bearing points need to be shimmed. Stopped inspection other items may apply. 4/10/2025 |
