Whole house is covered in lathe, please remove lathe at all shear walls for fastener inspection. 7/11/25: Home has been completely lathed and insulated. Roof has been completely dried in and loaded. Intermediate inspections were never called in. Letters from all contractors will be required to ensure construction meets or exceeds the 2018 irc. Holdowns and anchor bolts were verified by removal of insulation. DWV was tested at open walls. |
