2. The Drainage needs to be able to flow out from the back of the lot to the front and into a larger depression in front of the house. This depression should be further west towards the sidewalk and away from the house. Dirt removed from the depression and swales should be spread along the edge of the house to aid in positive drainage away from house or removed from site. Both the North and South side yard swales are not deep enough to provide adequate drainage.
