Exterior wall sheathing is properly installed and secured to the studs per plans and code. Bottom plates are secured to the concrete floor with masa clips or a/b bolts. Shear wall clips are properly secured to studs with nails and all large headers are properly secured with straps and nails. Okay to proceed. |
