Exterior and interior walls are properly secured to concrete floor with shot pins, j-bolts, titan bolts, or masa clips. Plywood sheathing is installed and secured to studs per plan requirements for shear walls. Shear wall hold downs are installed with the required nails in plate and bolted through bottom plate with a titan bolts. Okay to proceed with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in. |
