Below are notes from previous Engineering inspection.....
-HCS collar for plug cap need to be glued to pipe so it is sealed. The end of the pipe needs to be trimmed because it not a clean enough perpendicular cut to allow for seal.
-Pipe was not trimmed so when it was glued the notch at the end of the rough cut pipe is open below the collar. It is not sealed. This needs to be corrected.
-Not all conditions are satisfied prior to final yet.
