8-1-25: seal all horizontal penetrations at garage from unconditioned to conditioned space, seal penetrations at vapor barrier at garage east wall, add blocking/firefoam at 1st floor restroom, pex to can lights require a 12" clearance-relocate to allow for clearance or block using drywall, osb, 2x4 (R-3 insulation is not accepted), firefoam penetration at upstairs north bedroom, DWV/Shower tub installed and under test at time of intermediate inspection, make repair to damaged over notched sheathing at kitchen shear wall sheathing, add tape to tear at main feed at above electrical panel, fix tear on flex at kitchen area. |
