Plans call for x2 2x10 at covered porch. Loose anchor bolts throughout. Add shot pins 6” from edges and two pins required at bottom plate being greater than 12”. In office area ledgers is the incorrect size. Plans state 10’ 1” or greater ledger size should be 2x8. Stopped inspection. Other items may occur. 6/18/2025 |
