Concrete forms are set, masa clips and hold downs are properly nailed to form per plan, post tension cabling is properly installed and spaced evenly per plan, underground electrical is in place for kitchen island, all underground plumbing is properly wrapped with foam, Ufer ground is installed in bottom of footer, and rebar reinforcement is installed at garage door and around tub/shower risers. Okay to pour concrete. |
