9/23/24: Anchor bolts spacing greater than 6' o.c, more than 3 MASA clips with 1 leg up in continuous run, king studs missing throughout, MASA clips must be properly fastened, girder truss support 4x6 must be properly secured under girder per plans, h2.5 missing at trusses, shot pins at interior non bearing walls must be spaced no greater than 36" o.c, Back porch columns must be properly fastened at sill plate, HTT4 not properly installed. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
