Shear wall hold down are properly secured with nails and interior shear walls are secured with nails and titan bolts to the concrete floor. Plywood sheathing on shear walls are properly secured with nails per plan requirements. Exterior and interior walls are secured to concrete floor with masa clips, titan bolts, j-bolts, or shot pins. All straps are properly placed and secured with nails. Diagonal bracing is properly installed and nailed to each stud. Okay to proceed with rough-in work. |
