Okay to issue a Level 4 Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for this building to be utilized as a Construction Office/Model Home for K B Homes. Once building is converted back into a Single Family Residence then an inspection will be required for a Permanent Certificate of Occupancy. |

Okay to issue Permanent Certificate of Occupancy. |
