8/23/24: Construction is complete. Electrical, water, and sewer connections have been completed. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures are installed and fully operational. Electrical panel is properly labeled with AFCI/GFCI breakers installed as required. K B Homes will be utilizing this as their Sales Office until entire subdivision is completed. Once building is converted back into a Single Family Residence then an inspection will be required for a Permanent Certificate of Occupancy. |
