Add nails at same SW11 in the field as marked. SW11 nails on east side are overdriven throughout, ensure all nails are flush and not sunk into sheathing on 4" in edges and 12" in field along studs. Add 2x4 stiffener to gable end bracing in garage and rear exceeding 6’. Add anchor bolt and steel washer to front garage sole plate and all shear panel nails are overdriven throughout. SW11 on west side holdown STHD10 is misaligned, requires HTT5 equivalent driven. Add anchor bolt as marked location between Masa clip arms up within 6’. Add anchor bolt with steel washer at SW13 as marked. Add (3) H2.5 clips A03 trusses at third bearing point. |
