1-29-25, contractor requested that I only inspect exterior sheathing, shear walls, anchor bolts , and roof nailing on each property. Add anchor bolts to marked areas together with HTT4's where outlined in approved plans. Roof nailing approved-okay to dry in (truss bracing still needs to be inspected) Partial pass on exterior sheathing because section above garage was missing. Okay to continue construction at progress areas. Items requiring correction will be verified at interior framing inspection. |
