All masa clips are properly nailed, shear wall clips are properly nailed, plywood sheathing for interior and exterior shear walls are properly nailed, bolts or shot pins are installed in bottom plate on 1st floor and 16P nails are nailed into the bottom plate of the 2nd floor. All straps, H2.5 clips, and stud plates are properly secured. Okay to proceed. |
