Approved city stamped plans not on site, missing exterior outlet by front door per E3901.7, kitchen countertops must be gfci protected, must have hammer arrestor under kitchen sink for dishwashing machine, refrigerator must be gfci protected, plumbing fixtures must be sealed water tight. Caulk back of bathroom sink per P2705.1 #3, laundry and bathroom circuits must be on their own separate dedicated circuits per E3703.4, water spigot must be insulated and wrapped with UV rated tape, accessible receptacle outlet must be within 25’ of mechanical appliances per E3901.12, properly secure gfci outlet under electrical panel, missing labeling/breakers for mini-splits, electrical sub panel not per schedule. |
