9/14/26: fasteners shall be 3/8" from edge of panel, tighten anchor bolts at garage, SD2/2 detail blocking missing at garage SE wall, osb between 1st and 2nd floor shall be fastened 3" o.c, ab spacing greater than 6' o.c at west wall, tapcons required at stair bottom plate, loose a.b throughout at marked locations, 1 in 3 masa clip allowed with 1 leg up marked, ledgers must be fastened to ribbon truss (currently attached to osb), frame at stringers not properly bearing on wall perpendicular to t-ply. shot pins required 32" o.c at interior non-load bearing walls, STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. 2nd floor has not been walked. |
