Re-inspection required 8/19/26: Nail plates required where (mechanical,electrical,plumbing) come within 1 1/4" of face of stud, properly support supply/return air duct throughout (4' o.c), hot water piping 3/4" or larger shall be insulated, incorrect wire size at multiple locations per plans, supply air plenum must be properly supported at kitchen and sealed, garage circuit must be 20 Amp (10awg copper clad), seal conduit from wall to island, properly support pex in wall at 1st floor bathroom (32" horizontal and 48" vertical), properly support DWV above ceiling (4' o.c), properly seal penetrations through vapor barrier throughout, secure nm cable 12" from box. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. ALL ITEMS LISTED WERE ON 1ST FLOOR ONLY. 2ND FLOOR NOT WALKED.

Partial Pass 8-24-26 previous items have been corrected any additional items were corrected on site at time of inspection OK to proceed. Fix tears at duct flex as well as support all flex at 4' intervals throughout.
