9/14/26: Electrical Clearance not ready (Riser not in place,Breaker must be 20 Amp),lath incomplete (all penetrations shall be caulked, Finish installation), electrical wiring shall not be closer than 1 1/4" from face of stud, seal all penetrations through vapor barrier (including attic space), seal penetrations through top plate throughout, seal conduit to island, smoke alarm must be 3' from bathroom and vents, secure thermostat wire, support flex duct 4' o.c, duct torn at master bath and living room and entry hallway, gusset plate at kitchen improperly installed. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED (plumbing was not walked) |
