Northwest wall is missing RSP clip on a 2X4; Sill plate on west side entry door is great than 12" so it needs another anchor bolt; 3. Missing strap at north beam off patio per detail 30. 4. Missing anchor bolt on SE shear wall. 5. North shear wall; tighten down nut on anchor bolt. 6. Sill plate needs shot pins near 2" pvc interior wall bathroom. 7. Blocking on southeast truss is not nailed in, sticking out by almost 2". 8. Master bedroom south wall is missing shot missing every 48". 9. Garage West side Truss is within 3'' of top plate slice. 10. OSB for mechanical landing needs to be secured. 11. Spacing on roof sheathing is greater than 1/8", mostly over garage NW side. |
