6/4/25: 2x4 blocking missing per detail SD-2/8 at garage, Gabel bracing at garage not per detail SD-3/7,floor truss to wall not per plan detail SD-2/2F, 2x6 ledger at entry not fastened per plan, sill plate at stairs not fastened per plan (calls for (4) 1/2" titen HD), A35 required at stair stringers, stairs are not complete, truss to glulam-beam and top plate calls for 3 toe nails, 2nd floor RBC clips not in per plan, Anchor bolts at shear wall not per plan, anchor bolts must be in middle third of sill plate, anchor bolts missing at garage shear walls,shear wall fasteners shall be no closer than 3/8" from edge and shall not penetrate more than 1/8", RSP4 required every other stud, straps at beam to post connection not per plan, STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
