From the North gate to the end of the screen wall there is a 1.5" increase. Photos included to show difference, measured from level line below stucco. Same results were found when measured from grout lines on wall. This side of the house handles the water shed from the entire rear of the lot. Grade needs to be a continuous drop from back to street. | |
