On the southeast corner of exterior wall near back patio there are 3 masa clips in a row with 1 leg up and a shot pin in between. An anchor bolt is required as a shot pin does not suffice. Also, I observed a few A-35's on the Southwest bedroom where the nails were added but not fastened all the way down to top plates. Have framers walk it in its entirety and properly nail down clips to areas in question. | |
