If Ramps are used they cannot exceed 8.33 % and must have hand railings. Landings cannot exceed 2% in either direction and need to be at the same elevation as the Finished floor. Thresholds can't exceed 1/2". If the intent is to use adjacent property 7422 for display it will need an accessible route to it from the office. |
