All base plates are properly secured to concrete floor with A/B bolts, shot pins, or cut nails. All exterior shear walls are properly nailed to the studs per plans. H2.5 clips are properly secured to trusses and top plate. Okay to proceed with top out of plumbing and exterior dry in. |
