1st floor walls are properly secured to concrete floor with j-bolts, titan bolts, shot pins, and masa clips. 2nd floor walls are properly secured to wood flooring and floor joists per plan and code requirements. Plywood sheathing for exterior and interior shear walls are properly installed and nailed per plan. Okay to proceed with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in. |
