9/23/24: Anchor bolts need to be placed 12" from edge where MASA clips are installed with 2 legs up, 1 in 3 MASA clips can have 1 leg up (multiple locations where 1 in 3 is exceeded), interior non bearing walls must be properly fastened at sill plate no greater than 36" o.c, bracing at trusses missing per clacs, front entry way column needs to be properly supported, no roof access. |
