6/17/24: cut clean-outs to grade, T&P must terminate 6" above grade, properly seal penetration through stucco around T&P drain, weep screed damaged, electrical Whip at HVAC must be properly supported and properly attached to 90 degree fitting, properly insulate refrigerant lines, HVAC must have a 3" clearance from grade, MULTIPLE CIRCUITS TIED IN TOGETHER, panel cover must be replaced, Gas meter not installed, Panel schedule must be visible, range and dishwasher not installed. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
