Construction, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work is complete. All fixtures are properly installed and operational. AFCI Breakers are installed in panel for all required circuits, GFCI Breakers are installed in panel for kitchen, bathroom, exterior, and garage outlets. A light fixture and receptacle are located in attic for servicing the a/c equipment. Water heater is installed and properly plumbed to the exterior. Okay to issue Certificate of Occupancy after all other inspections are completed and passed. |
