10-5-26 All shear wall eights are not nailed per schedule. 3 inches on center from edges and 12 inches on center in field missing 3 inches on center throughout.* sheer wall located on West wall nailing required to be no more than 3/8 of an inch from edge no more than 1/8 inch penetration at marked location* H2.5 not per schedule according to SD3.2-.3 stopped inspection at this time. Workers were present during the time of inspection, material and tools Also present throughout. Top floor was not walked nor was roof nailing walked, unable to locate truss calcs on site also not walked. Reinspection is required. |
