Okay to pour concrete for footings and slab on grade. 10/17/24: seal penetrations through top plate, shear wall 11 or greater requires 3”x3” washer plates, seal penetrations through vapor barrier, properly secure flex duct throughout, damaged wiring in bedroom 3, FHA plate at Kitchen exhaust hood missing, bathroom exhaust fan missing, fan fixtures must be properly secured ( drywall screws are not permitted), caulk all staples going through vapor barrier, nail plates required through, mechanical not ready, pex not under pressure. STOPPED INSPECTION MORE ITEMS MAY BE ADDED. |
